We here at NAGON constantly works for a perfect costumer experience. You are always welcome to contact us with questions reagarding your product or order. Our goal is to answer within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.

Guarantee

The guarantee for Nagon products is 1 year from day of purchase. Observe that the guarantee does not cover the battery life-span, normal damage of wear on the case, glass or strap. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by abnormal use as lack of caretaking, carelessness, accidents, or any wrongfull use of the watch outside NAGON instructions. Compensation for water damage does not cover if the crown is not fully in place when exposed.

Save your confirmation of order from NAGON or reciept after purchase. Confirmation of order or reciept is your guarentee. Any other questions regarding delivery, returns or other please contact us. Notice that the costumer is responsible for the return of the product to NAGON.

Returns

You have the right to return products that are flawless. Your notice of return should be immediately after recieved product or at the latest 14 days recieving the product. Notice should be sent to info@nagonwatch.com, always attach your order confirmation or reciept when contacting us. Mail should contain:

1. Order number
2. Cause of return
3. Model of the product you want to return.

The returned products shall be in unused condition and in original packaging. When contacting NAGON you will get a return form for information we need for fast dealing.

Upon return follow these instructions:
1. Contact us at info@nagonwatch.com to give us a heads up on your return, as stated abow.
2. Package your product well to ensure no cause of damage during transport.

Refund or exchange of returned products will be done within 14 days after NAGON recived the product.

Damaged or incorrect products that are covered of the guarantee, contact info@nagonwatch.com for more instructions how to return.

Products that not cover the guarantee can not be returned to NAGON.
